The coaching I received from Equalla Foster gave me the opportunity to breathe. It allowed me to focus on me. What did I need? How did I feel? Speak God's word over myself. It was just what I needed although I didn't know I needed it. She is professional, respectful. She heard me. When I started I was overwhelmed. I felt like crying during the intake just because of being so full. However, by the time our 4 weeks were up things became much clearer. I was able to focus on what mattered which was me. The prayer and scripture were powerful and important to me because of my faith. I was able to also draw strength from that as well. She gave me some practical tools I could use to help me once the sessions were no longer. So much wisdom. Much of what she said in my session I have actually heard again and it served as a confirmation to what she had already told me. I am looking forward to working with her again.
