What shipping method do you use?

The shipping method that we primarily use for the U.S. is the USPS. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays & weekends). Kindly note that the shipping cutoff time is 2pm PST for all orders.


Delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take additional time to deliver based on factors beyond our control.

Please note that Inspire To Hope is not responsible for any :

  • Delays with USPS or any other shipping carrier of service used.

  • Lost or damaged items.

What's the cost for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. orders. This is one way that we like to express our gratitude towards our customers.

We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.

Inspire To Hope currently ships within the U.S. only. We look forward to expanding to other countries soon!

I can't wait to receive my order! What's your process?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Unless otherwise noted on the product description page.  To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking link.

My package shows delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?

Sometimes shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest that our customers wait 5-7 business days to account for this. 

Make sure to check for these things:

  • Double check that your shipping address on your order confirmation is the correct mailing address.

  • Check with your neighbors, family, or those that may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have additional information on the next steps to take to receive your package.

  • Please use your discretion and contact the shipping carrier to start a claim.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay debit/credit cards.

Digital | Download | E-gift Cards

You will receive your digital/download items after the completion of the purchase. If available, please read any instructions to retrieve the purchased item.

E-gift cards must be purchased separately. They cannot be purchased together with other store items. When you purchase our gift cards, the recipient instantly receives an email notification. Our gift cards do not expire and can not be exchanged or refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

In the body of your message, address your concerns with the item you received, attach a photo of the item, and if you would like a refund or replacement.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. To be eligible for a replacement of the same item (if a manufacturing defect) or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any digital/download purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will examine it, and inform you if your request has been approved.
