In the body of your message, address your concerns with the item you received, attach a photo of the item, and if you would like a refund or replacement.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a replacement of the same item (if damaged) or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any digital/download purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will examine it, and inform you if your request has been approved.
SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed, your items will begin the process of shipping. Orders ship 3-5 days from the purchase date (excluding Sundays).
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.
This does not apply to digital/download products. You will receive the item after the purchase is complete.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
For digital product purchases, customers will receive download links on our checkout thank-you page, along with a link in an email that expires in 30 days.
Once you have downloaded the product, it is recommended to save it to your electronic device. This product is in PDF format.
